Cancellation Policy
Bookings All services must be booked at least 7 days in advance to ensure adequate time for preparation, customization, and coordination. Bookings are confirmed only once payment or written confirmation has been received. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations must also be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled service in order to receive a full refund or to reschedule at no additional cost. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance are non-refundable, though one-time rescheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis. No-shows will be charged the full service fee.
