Service Description

This 4-hour training is designed for child welfare professionals, resource parents, and anyone seeking a deeper understanding of how First Nations, Inuit, and Métis (FNIM) culture and identity intersect with the child welfare system. Through engaging, reflective discussion and cultural teachings, participants will gain tools to support culturally safe, identity-affirming practice. Whether you’re just beginning your journey or looking to deepen your knowledge, this course will leave you grounded in historical awareness and present-day insight.


Cancellation Policy

Bookings All services must be booked at least 7 days in advance to ensure adequate time for preparation, customization, and coordination. Bookings are confirmed only once payment or written confirmation has been received. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations must also be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled service in order to receive a full refund or to reschedule at no additional cost. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance are non-refundable, though one-time rescheduling may be considered on a case-by-case basis. No-shows will be charged the full service fee.
